Homes that are empty are in special need of staging as they will sit on the market 2 to 3 times longer than a professionally staged home and in most cases will not garner top dollar. The Vacant Staging Process includes:

Preview and assessment of the property to establish needs.
Proposal presentation within 48 hours.
Agreement signed and date selected for install.
Selections for property are initiated.
Delivery and install team will wrap n’ pack and deliver your items.
Stager will arrange and style home.
De-stage is scheduled with a 7-day notice prior to closing.
