We will create a budget and shop for those accessories that add the “WOW” factor to each space in your home at reasonable prices. It is our goal to keep your prices at or below retail costs.

SERVICE FEE: $85 per Hour

DESIGN BUILD / CONSTRUCTION

Building a new home or commercial property? Whether you don’t know where to start or just need affirmation on your selection, having a designer by your side or on call can help you avoid costly mistakes. We can assist with all your selections — color, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, windows, doors, fireplaces, brick, stone and more! We are available for as much or as little as you need assistance with.

SERVICE FEE: $125 per hour

SENIOR DOWNSIZING CONSULTATION & LAUNCH

This thorough consultation is designed to assist Seniors in their goal to stage their home for a quick sale while also downsizing to move into a retirement home, an assisted living facility and/or that new home for their next season of life. Our goal is to assist you in identifying those items which will continue to enhance your next steps and provide a path to discard / sell / donate items you no longer want or need.

Deciding what to take, find a mover, packing, and getting rid of the leftovers can seem overwhelming. POSH HS&R can assist with as little or as much of your move as you and your family needs. For out-of-town family members, we offer peace of mind that someone is coordinating your loved one’s affairs with the personal attention you would give. Let us help you assess your furnishing and eliminate the excess!

SERVICE FEE: $325

Includes up to 3 hours of service. Additional time available at $100 per hour.
